Fees and billing

Paid features are billed under your selected plan. You are responsible for applicable charges, taxes, and maintaining valid payment information.

Intellectual property

DriftGate and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, and related materials. You retain rights in your own content and data.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as set forth in your governing agreement.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, legal risk, or security concerns. You may stop using the service at any time.
